SIA 'Mandor Riga' started its successful activity at Latvian Market in 1994, and it is oriented on wild Berries and Mushroom processing.

'Mandor Riga' uses its own special component preserving technologies in berries and mushrooms ready made products.

This kind of products is known for its natural smell and taste preserved with the help of daily fast processing of fresh berries and mushrooms without its longlasting storage during the purchase period. Beside this, to provide fast and effective purchase, the system of purchase centres is created. These centres are situated in Kurzeme region which is known as a good ecological part of Latvia.

Flavours, dyes and hard preservatives are not used in 'Mandor Riga' foodstuff production. The production of 'Mandor Riga' foodproducts is based on special know-hows, preserving all the fresh berries qualities.

For example, only natural fresh undamaged cranberries is used in production of the dragee 'Cranberry in powdered sugar'.

'Mandor Riga' food production is based on preliminary orders and is distributed in all Baltic states.
